Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the delivery to return it. 

To submit your return request there must be the following requirements: 

• items must be in new conditions, not be washed, worn or altered;
• items must be in the original packaging.
• returned products must be sent in one shipment.

 You have three options:

 1. "Replacement" (specifying in the notes which size you want to change it with. Please note that in case of exhausted size a Gift Card will be generated)

2. "Gift Card" (allows you to keep your money online so you can use it as an online credit to purchase something else on our website);

3. "Refund" (it will be converted into refund after 14 business days - only for NON-SALE items).

 

 Please note that if you have had a free shipping, in case of return and then refund we will keep the costs for shipping (according to the country).
